PDF Reports - Introduction
PDF reports present SmartOffice data in an organized, professional format that can be easily saved, printed and/or sent by e-mail.
PDF reports are ideal for distributing information to clients about their policies and investments. Other uses for PDF reports include printing client contact information and tracking the progress of pending cases in the system. The universal support for PDF files across computing platforms means that most recipients can open the reports, regardless of the computer or device they use.
SmartOffice also includes a report packaging feature that can be used to group multiple reports. These packages can be run once or on a recurring schedule and can even be distributed to clients automatically.
