Integrations - GReminders
Overview
The integration between SmartOffice and the GReminders meeting management platform offers advisors the following features:
- When a new prospect books a meeting with an advisor through GReminders, the meeting is automatically added to the advisor's SmartOffice calendar, and a new SmartOffice contact record is created.
- Advisors can save meeting summaries generated by GReminders's AI Notetaker to the contact's SmartPad in SmartOffice.
- Advisors can save action items generated by GReminders's AI Notetaker as tasks in SmartOffice.
- Reminders/notifications sent from GReminders via e-mail or text are automatically saved to the appropriate contact's SmartPad in SmartOffice.
- When an advisor manually adds an event to a Google or Outlook calendar connected to GReminders, GReminders looks up the contact in SmartOffice using the e-mail address. GReminders then automatically pulls the contact's name, phone number, address and time zone information into the calendar event, ensuring that GReminders text reminders/notifications are sent to the right number at the right time of day.
