Integrations - Copytalk
Overview
The Copytalk integration for SmartOffice enables users to dictate notes to the Copytalk secure voice transcription service and have those notes automatically appear as SmartPad entries in SmartOffice. Copytalk also posts a message to the user's Alert Center when it creates a SmartPad entry.

Setup
SmartOffice Setup
A SmartOffice user with administrator rights must enable the appropriate license for each SmartOffice user who will use the integration.
- In SmartOffice, select Setup \> User Accounts and access the User Rights content link for the user's account.
- In the Licenses column, select Copytalk in the Integration section.
- Select Menu \> Save.
- Repeat these steps for each additional user.
CopyTalk Setup
Once the license is enabled in SmartOffice, sign in to Copytalk and click the SmartOffice Integration link to enter your SmartOffice credentials. For details, see Copytalk's video.
