Overview

The integration between SmartOffice and the Zocks AI meeting assistant offers advisors the following features:

• Sync contacts between Zocks and SmartOffice.
• Save Zocks AI-generated meeting summaries to the contact's SmartPad in SmartOffice.
• Save Zocks AI-generated tasks to the SmartOffice calendar.
• Prepare for meetings using SmartOffice data and past Zocks meeting summaries.
• Generate e-mail replies in Zocks based SmartOffice data.
• Include SmartOffice data when generating client profiles in Zocks.
• Fill out forms in Zocks using data from SmartOffice.
