Integrations - MyNameFlow


Overview


This integration enables advisors who use the MyNameFlow automated advisor marketing platform to import contact data from SmartOffice into MyNameFlow. Once the data is in MyNameFlow, the advisor can set up marketing campaigns targeting those contacts.

SmartOffice Setup


User Setup


A SmartOffice administrator with the ability to assign licenses must enable the appropriate license for each SmartOffice user who will use the integration.


  1. Sign in to SmartOffice Pro.
  2. Do one of the following:
  • If you are setting up the integration for the user account your are currently signed in to, click the profile menu in the upper-right corner, and then select Profile \& Settings Image from base_button_profile_settings.png.
  1. With the user account record open, click the User Rights content link.
  2. In the Licenses column, under Integration, select MyNameFlow.
  3. Select Menu \> Save.

Data Setup


MyNameFlow imports the following data from SmartOffice contacts:


  • Last name
  • First name
  • E-mail address

Ensure that any contact records you want to import into MyNameFlow contain this information.


MyNameFlow Setup


MyNameFlow provides a one-on-one enrollment session with a specialist to help you with the following:


  • Linking your SmartOffice and MyNameFlow accounts
  • Importing contacts from SmartOffice
  • Removing duplicate contacts and performing other clean-up steps in NyNameFlow
  • Answering any questions you might have

Using the Integration


Once your SmartOffice contacts are in MyNameFlow, use MyNameFlow's marketing tools as you normally would to send marketing communications and perform other tasks with those contacts.
