Integrations - RightCapital
Overview
The RightCapital integration with SmartOffice enables users to create financial plans in RightCapital quickly by exporting household member information from SmartOffice into RightCapital. The integration currently transfers the following household member data from SmartOffice to RightCapital:
- Last name
- First name
- Birth date
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address

Requirements
- RightCapital account
SmartOffice Setup
User Setup
A SmartOffice administrator with the ability to assign licenses must enable the appropriate license for each SmartOffice user who will use the integration.
- Sign in to SmartOffice Pro.
- Do one of the following:
- If you are setting up the integration for the user account your are currently signed in to, click the profile menu in the upper-right corner, and then select Profile \& Settings
.
- If you are setting up the integration for another user account, select Setup \> User Accounts on the SmartOffice side menu, and then search for the user account.
- With the user account record open, click the User Rights content link.
- In the Licenses column, select RightCapital in the Integration section.
- Select Menu \> Save.
- Repeat these steps for each additional user.
Data Setup
To ensure that a household member is imported successfully into RightCapital, ensure that the household member's contact record in SmartOffice has a birth date.
Note: Only contacts that are members of a SmartOffice household can be imported into RightCapital.
